Last I heard, management was working on both the relisting and finishing the audit, as well as pursuing opportunities to open Fencemaker again.
Whether they prove successful is anyone's guess.
If FLPC management has sunk hundreds of thousands of their own dollars,
then they must want the company to succeed even more than investors.
Otherwise, they could have just walked away.
