Ram...this ole timer, as you say, had his securities license for over 30 years. Doesn’t mean I can pick a winner...but I can read SEC filings and understand what they mean...and when the effective dates are.

As far as Singlepoint...having 5 billion shares isn’t ideal for retail but was a necessary evil to clean up their AOI and get them ready for their eventual uplist to Nasdaq.
