Still no word on an AC partner Hartigan hyped might happen before the end of last year.

Still no announcement of the start of above ground construction in India which was supposed to have been COMPLETED 246 days ago (and it was only supposed to take 210 days to build in the first place). 456 days and still nothing but dirt for all we know.

Still no sales of the only Cd-free, 95% Rec2020 QD that, according to folks here who claim to be in the know, can be produced at a lower cot than any other commercial QD.

Still no word on why Hartican is getting sued by his former employer.

Still no Form 3's on Hartigan and part-time-officer Williams.

Still no announcement on any sort of solar specs or even if they have ever made a cell other than the one it looks like they pulled out of some kid's science project.

But wait, there's progress! They have an LOI on new JV that could be a tool to dilute existing shareholders out of existence.
