Probably buying more. After talking to Bill I think there may be hope for this company yet. Might take a while though.

"Will announce dealer listing next few months Xcelplus (non public entity)"

Me: "Ok. Not sure what that means - what happens to all the XLPI shares if it becomes a non public entity? They all get bought? If so that could explain the sudden trading of shares by people unknown."

He swears he doesn't know who started the trading of the shares. My guess is someone found out he still has plans for the company and decided to take action. TOTALLY a guess on my part.
