Since Noki was appointed President on 1/27/20 we don't even know or care if Tony is still involved or not. See state filings from 1/28 and 1/29/20.

Liz has recently stated after there was a delay that things are moving forward, which was early Feb, after the state filings showed up. (PLACE A BIG GREEN CHECKMARK HERE)

Clancy Systems has filed its annual report toward the end of February for the past 4 years. That timeframe is upon us.

Awaiting state filings, sec filings, stop sign removed.

This is a speculative play...but if you're a speculator this is the time to get in, before said filings hit.

IMO
