If someone is able to buy 600,000 shares for mere peanuts in the big scheme of things, how is that diluting their ownership levels down to nothing? If anything people who are buying are ramping up their ownership levels. 600k would be 1% of the current authorized and almost 5% of the current listed SS. The lower this goes the easier its going to be for someone to try and get to that level. Someone might keep trying to push this down.... but they are going to have a difficult time the lower this goes. Supply and demand is simple premise, when you run out of shares to sell. As of this moment... we are to assume that Jason has secured the convertibles from converting. So where else is extra supply going to come from?

7.5 million shares as of Jan 31 were in the float. That float is currently worth around 1 million dollars.... Total.... If it's Jason who is selling new shares then it should show up in an increase of the float the next time it's updated. If it is not him diluting, then someone is liquidating their position in this. 7.5 million shares at 5 cents is worth 375k. Think about that for a second....Then realize that the lower this goes, the supply is going to be wound as tight as a rubber band. Will be interesting to see what happens when a relatively small float gets locked up.
