Excellent post. These Reverse Takeovers and Reverse Mergers are the new game in town and they are Hot!! Got a trend here in 2020 with these type of Transactions. We need to ride this wave all the way to the Bank. Right here we have a Multi Mullion Dollar Company doing a Reverse Takeover with a Shell that has a Micro Float. I would bet the Bank that before Tuesday Open there is going to be another PR and Filings will hit sending this to the Moon Tuesday. They intentionally set this up to close quick and blow this stock up to get maximum value as they become a Public Company. Big move coming this upcoming week.
