PCTL has a 511 Million share O/S and SHMP had a 293 Million Share O/S at the time .... I think it is highly unlikely for PCTL to do a SHMP type run ... There are two many shares out there ...

I am also assuming you mean after Finacing is Announced, Fins are released, and the STOP Sign comes down.

I do think we will all make a lot of money in PCTL this year
