#3) I would sell Vegan Gummies to raise funds and keep this thing going.

That would only work if one could manufacture and sell enough Gummies at a profit. Setting up a process to manufacture and sell a lot of something at a profit isn't something that Bordynuik has ever done. It's neither easy nor quickly accomplished.

Usually these types of business grow organically, where one first starts on a small scale. To attract professional investors, one shows they can make something good that could be profitable if scaled up. More like this story:

A google search doesn't show any products for sale from Sandstone Springs. There are various claims around mid-December saying that vegan Gummies are "coming soon". Two months later and there's no sign of it. That's not surprising.

Though I'm sure the facility looks impressive, given that:
"The City of Niagara Falls purchased the distressed property and completed a $1.5 million restoration of the two buildings at the site including new utilities, air and water purification systems, clean rooms and landscaping. The project is part of the Highland Avenue Brownfield Opportunity Area.

To complete the renovation of the vacant property, ESD offered up to $500,000 to the City of Niagara Falls through the Round 5 of the Regional Council Consolidated Funding Application to help generate job growth, build the tax base and revitalize the area. The project was also supported with a $300,000 National Grid brownfield redevelopment grant and a $200,000 Environmental Protection Agency grant.
