Why did Glenn pay down all those convertible notes left from past administration then?

Why didn't he issue paper and pay himself millions of dollars like other pink CEO's do.

Why didn't he blow up the OS and AS into the tens of billions?

Why did he lend the company over 100k and still didn't take his money back yet?
