Possible after hours news today includes an AS increase, default notices on notes, but NO DILUTION 8K since they were suspended from issuing shares for a couple days and they were in court!! Sad story. Judge denied the order of temporarily suspending note conversions for one toxic debt lender because multiple toxic debt lenders showed up to court. Hey we need our toxic shares too they say. Well unless the company actually does something to bring value this is going to get, surprisingly, even worse. So far BRTX just says hey take the shares, we don't want them.
