Can you expand upon the detail about the restricted shares. Are you saying the original share holders from before the RS cannot sell their shares right now at 3 cents for the loss? I believe i can right now and these weren't newly traded rather old bag held shares, so i wasn't sure that was what you were referring to?

on the OTC site i saw where the restricted share amount is about 101,702 shares which would have been 508,510,000 shares probably the size of the old float ??
