I agree Plutusx needs to first post current filings and financials with at least a 9-10 M market capitalizations. I believe they could easily do both it’s just a matter of crunching it all through the system. With all that in place and public Plutusx then buys cwir transforming Plutusx into a public company. Once this is all in place and public the r/s should be attempted to bring the os numbers down as much possible. If they manage the mc and os correctly investor confidence would soar along with the pps allowing everyone to win. But if they try to do this backwards it will not work.
