this 13g is for them to dispose of the 3.2 mil they own. do not believe the posts about some merger. ictv is delinquent in their filings for the past 2 years. they are an sec filer and could be suspended next week for failure to keep up their filings. the filer today has $12k in shares they are dumping. lol and you guys are acting as if it's some major deal. they are getting out of ictv not buying.
