AS Bryanb40 said, they're not up for sale in the first place.

Their valuation, I believe, will see significant increases at multiple time points this year. And then they just funnel that into other candidates, and hopefully the valuation just keeps on going up.
Good for insiders and good for us.

I would hope that with OPRX though that they can try to develop it in house, and build their on sales team for that. I know from royalties on PRX-102 that it's all profit, but analysts looks at total revenue more than just profit and total revenue would be higher if we could keep it in house. After the PRX-102 milestone payments from Chiesi and sales coming in, money shouldn't be an issue anymore.
