Indeed this is the case. I recently got into one at .0006 as a short play (flip if you will). It was fluctuating to .0019 with 100mm traded, so I figured why not make a quick buck on that right? Held for a week, day 8 it went up to .0009 and I wanted to add to my PCTL holdings, so I sold off.

Within the next 2 days, shot up to .0084 for no good reason. I made money regardless, but the amount I had in there could have been MUCH MUCH more.

Like you said, shoulda coulda woulda.... in the end, I still see PCTL as a long term stable investment, so the profits added more skin in PCTL :)
