Yeah... I Looked at that but you can't tell me that were worth the same 3$ per share before the verdict and the same 3$ per share afterwards as a forecast. This verdict has to affect us in the negative for the next six months, at least. I know they say in 12 months but you know what I don't see it. Espicially with more dilution within Q1 of '07 at not so favorable terms.
