absolutely someone is still accumulateing SWNM at these levels...and it makes perfect sense also..the upside is HUGE!! easy 10 bagger maybe a 20 bagger..the down side is not much..at this current share level you would almost wish for a reverse split ....the company swnm needs to get the house in order and that includes getting this listed on a quotetation system...instead of this grey sheet expert market stuff which is for the birds
