I'll admit I've talked a lot of crap about the CEO. But why on earth would he go through all the time and effort to file the S-1 if he's scamming? You realize it costs a lot to hire lawyers to put all this together right? not to mention SEC fees. there's a lot of ways to scam people in the PINKS without going through all that trouble.
