an reverse/forward split dose make a lot of sense.

in IDAD latest filling there were 674 share holders

I thought it was very high when I first saw it months ago

there was an reverse split 12/10/2012 an 1 for 16,000

then there was one on 3/20/2013 an 1 for 4

this would definitely leave a lost off small shareholders who probably
have no idea what's going on with them right now
