Yup, pretty obvious what’s happening here. Please tell me how the company can dilute when they were never OTC current?

The fact that GIFX is still caveat emptor, has a default business license, has all their company websites suspended, and has completely stopped communicating with shareholders, pretty much tells the real story here.
