Whether the government has plans within plans or not regulation is regulation. It was already revealed in the Crypto Act of 2020 that the three regulatory agencies to regulate crypto are CFTC for crypto commodities, FinCen for crypto currencies and SEC for crypto securities. For many reasons XRP will fall under FinCen which will cause the moon shot as the crypto market has been waiting nearly a decade for regulatory clarity. Also, don’t forget that Jared Kushner has been working with Ripple board member Ken Kurson since 2018 and Trump bringing on Judy Shelton to the Fed. The Trump administration has their hands all over this.
