Bad news: I learned moments ago from Waypoint that the LOI between ELTZ and PCTI has been dissolved and that they want to do a deal with a different company. ELTZ needs to release that in an 8K, but given how non-communicative they've been, I got permission to let you all know from Waypoint. ELTZ.
