An even better question is: RXMD's business is solid and the only major hurdle preventing them from uplisting is share price, so why is a reverse-split a bad thing? If they needed to authorize 500 million shares back in the day, why should they be prevented from uplisting until every one of those 500 million shares meet a certain price?

Reverse-splits are bad when they're used to mask a failing company, but RXMD is growing and ready to take their next step up. The only people unhappy about the prospect of an RXMD reverse-split are those who want to keep manipulating the share price to pay for their beer.
