Not sure your understanding. GOVXD can be traded. GOVX shares are locked till the D comes off. Anybody in pre split still owns all those GOVX shares, They can not be traded. Now when the D comes off all shares will be GOVX and shareholders will run for the hills causing more of a decline in PPS.
