Rudman was criticized heavily for her delay in responding, and she deserved that criticism. And as I recall she got her wrist slapped by the SEC for it in the form of a letter from the SEC which can be found here on the board somewhere. But she wasn't blamed by them for the fake PR. She's still in business. Life Clips certainly wouldn't be the first company to be targeted by a scam artist with a fake PR purporting falsely to be from the company.
