Who has the right to decide what is posted to the Ibox? Can the majority of the board decide? What if a jerk gets control of the Ibox? Should the stock board eternally suffer from an unusable Ibox? Is there any terms of service for posting to an Ibox?

Would this be acceptable:

GUARD DOG INC.

NEWS!!!!!!! George is currently pumping his stock portfolios because that's what

George does best! He is nothing more than an ambulance chaser and will

ALWAYS look out for George and only George!

Doesn't sound much like information about the company... and that is just the opening sentence.

I am thinking opinions should be left to the message board, but the ibox should be used to briefly tell about the company's past, present, and potential efforts.
