I have been running into this frequently with stocks that have out of the ordinary volume...Like scottrade has some kind of algorithym they use to restrict stocks when they break a certain % volume break...If you call them you should be able to make a phone order...Also, I would assume they will resume internet trading in a day or two!!!!
