The owner answered the phone the first time called and had my samples in the mail 2 days later.
Have you placed an order? Have you had any trouble with them other than the ones you're inventing by judging how they keep shop. It's not a bakery... or an operating room.
If you order boards and they don't deliver, then by all means come back and warn us but for now, yours are just opinions.
