I hear you.

The problems the others selling IVIG are going to have is, they will not have our hsIVIG patents to increase the spread to the other off patent uses. Once the doctors find out that less goes further, more effectively, and at a less cost to their patients, they are likely going to further pile on with off label uses.

We are likely the only one to have the patented hsIVIG for 10 years. So we need to take advantage while the patent is in effect. Make us the household name for hsIVIG. Just my opinion.

As the article said, it is the increasing off label uses that are creating the current supply shortage and with many currently untreatable diseases I would expect that to continue as they find new uses for the highly improved drug.
