This situation is proof-positive that nothing this company does or says is going to move the PPS higher. NO ONE CARES. This is an amateur-hour holdings company that has done nothing to instill investor confidence. Where is that great Reg A? What about the 8ks on all these acquisitions? Heck, if they don't file their quarterlies by tomorrow, this will get a yield sign. Then where will investor confidence go when they demonstrate that they can't even hit simple deadlines. No, these clowns will do nothing but take investor's money to prance around Europe with. And, if they ever do validate their assets and revs with SEC filings, the PPS will stay the same, because NOBODY WANTS TO BUY STOCK FROM AN AMATEUR HOLDING COMPANY MADE UP OF CLOWNS.
