It does look good on face value, agreed.

But the second sentence in the article says this:

Trump’s proposal asks for an additional $5 million next fiscal year for the U.S. Food and Drug Administration to regulate cannabis and its derivatives, including CBD.



Its not even money for right now.. we still may be waiting another year before this even happens! Ugh.. I hate politics!
