Hello all...since everyone has an opinion, here is mine....
There seems to be a couple of people who have finally realized that we all got s-c-r-e-w-e-d by Frankie & the Boys and now wants to do something about it. All I can say is that there is a ACTIVE SEC investigation going on and I'm confident that in time, Frank Olsen will be brought in front of a Judge.
As for shareholders getting their money back....don't hold your breath!
And no legit lawyer (I know, legit lawyer is an oxymoron but how less could I put it) will take a case against Frank because there is NO assets to grab. (If a lawyer tells you he/she will take your case but you need to put up money, what he/she is really saying is that he/she will TAKE your money!)
Not only did Frankie & the Boys stick it to us, but after they got Fan involved, and took him, the only way he (Fan) could protect himself was to wipe us (shareholders) out.
While Frankie did many things to screw us, it was Fan who raised the A/S from 100 to 350 billion...and then he tried to R/S it. We all need to thank the people in Washington State for stepping in and rejecting that.
Anyone who even thinks that Fan is trying to do anything for shareholders must be on some heavy medication, or their deck has only about 43 cards in it.
Anyway...that's all I wanted to say, besides that I do hope that everyone has a great holiday in spite of what has happened because of QBID.
