According to Invrstopedia, the Quiet Period starts from when the filing is submitted and ends 40 days after the effective date of the registration.

There will be no updates of any kind for a few weeks, but it could equally be a few months.

I'd have a guess that if investors or traders write to $IGPK, they will either get no response (most likely), or some kind of canned response saying something along the lines of: "The Company filed it's S-1 with the SEC on 02/12/2020 and has entered a Quiet Period. No responses to investor inquiries of any kind can be made until the Quiet Period has ended."
