Can explain exactly what is intriguing about an LOI for a possible JV that you almost know nothing about except the name?

How does the fact that the new company does not appear to have been registered by QMC but rather by the potential investors add to the intrigue?

Will it be intriguing if they use it as a vehicle to dilute current shareholders?

Will you find it intriguing if management has direct ownership in it?

Speaking of intriguing and announcing things that don't go anywhere, where is the partner that Hartigan teased last year for QDAC? Wasn't that supposed to happen before the end of the year?
