wow, relentless on the negative side of things guys...

There is just no way this thing sold for 5.4 million bucks...

land and building 129 million worth.

stuff inside? another 40 to 50 million.

technology? Millions.....

contracts? Billions.......

Just the debt on the property was 40 million, then it went to 56 million. Then it vanished. paid or not paid, it vanished.

You add all of these numbers up and you get about a 200 million dollar swing.. for 5.4 million Out of pocket....

wow.... no way.
