Efficient market blah, blah, blah. The fact is in spite of predictions of $8 share price, multiple dividends, $100 million deals, huge short squeeze based on made up 1.5 billion share short position, and no sellers, in spite of all those theories, sellers and the complete absence of anyone willing to pay more than 1/10 of a penny have kept the share price near zero for over 3 years and continued to do so again today.
