Chapter 7 bankruptcy does not permit any kind of reorganization.

The scenario you suggest is absolutely, 100% impossible. And it will not happen.

Before "investing" in these worthless shares, people really should have a basic understanding of bankruptcy and the difference between Chapter 7 and Chapter 11.

The stock is worthless, and will be cancelled. Assuming the SEC does not suspend the stock first for its 3 1/2 year delinquent filings, which could happen at any time, without any warning.
