Here is what I see on BLM's system, which I was able to retrieve today. The results, (case disposition status) possibities are: Active, Authorized, Cancelled, Closed, Expired, Pending, Relinquished, Void, and Withdrawn.

In Colorado FPPL Applied for 5 leases, 3 were authorized, 2 closed
New Mexico - Applied for 4, 3 authorized, 1 closed
Wyoming - Applied for 1, and got 1 authorized

BLM's definition of "Closed" is any of the following: Rejected, withdrawn, canceled, expired, or relinquished cases.

Buffaloo, notice the "case type" #311121 in above reports, it is the same "case type" number used in the info in your post #1840. So, I am certain that the info I have provide here is directly related.

The above reports are summaries, so it doesn't specify exactly which leases were "closed". That info would have to be researched further, perhaps by searching on the serial number (the # before "CR" in the above info) for each instance.
