No need to explain it to Joe.. he will not absorb it anyways. The most important thing is to wait for new shares (common or/and preferred) being offered to public on IPO. Then, we are all rich. I know you hold common Jim, so IPO price will be the price of your common shares. And usually IPO price is higher than 25 preferred price.
