A completely totally false statement. That statement is a lie. Why? I don't get it. We have seen filings over the last year and there is no reason to believe that more filings will not come.

I believe by the end of March RBNW will be current and the stop sign will come off. Could I be wrong. Yeah I could be. But everything points to RBNW making steady forward progress in becoming current and bringing Lust for Life, L4L into this public shell of RBNW. And if all that happens this could turn out to be a great investment. Might even be good enough to change peoples lives for the better.

But it is a otc pinksheet stock and has it's risks that need to be carefully evaluated and all investing here need to weigh those risks and make their own choice.

But for anyone to purposely lie to manipulate their own buying and selling by deceiving others to cheat them is criminal. Why it's allowed to go on I do not know.
