At any time, they may implement their RS. They will steal 1 of 20 of your shares. Why would anyone buy into that? Its trading at: .0001 for a reason. Nota sale on SBFM shares....maybe a going out of business sale, haah....

But seriously, unless they release a cancellation, theres no reason to waste money here, even if it is at: .0001.

Now maybe the scammers will/are buyinh shares, using their phony shell LLCs, yes, they have a few attached to SBFM...then cancel the RS and pump with some new news, thats possible. Still a scam, but I never said you couldn't make money on a scam. They do every month.

So they could make a phony announcement...let's say they are back in talking to the same finance company that couldn't get them financing twice. Create excitement, then cancels the RS....more excitement. Those .0001/2's they purchased. Dump those for a potential profit. Again, just a thought. Trying to think like a scammer.

I see that option, or bankruptcy. Pick your poison. If I had knowledge of the RS cancelling, it's worth throwing down a few hundred, I agree. But there is nothing here long term. Maybe a day or two run.
