I think it's folks getting all excited then sharing the latest news from the company and North Dakota with their friends who check it out can't wait to buy it this time, especially after hesitating on acquiring Amazon and Bitcoin at super low prices when they could.
That... plus I'll bet these new energy insiders have lots of friends and acquaintances who will be buying from now on as soon as they can figure out how to purchase stock in a sub penny market. I can hear it now.
