I did call the Transfer agent & he verified the O/S is slightly over 13 Billion. When asked if it's possible if the company bought back shares, he said it's possible they could have. So, if rumors are true, it's possible the Company bought back shares. I guess we will all have to wait and see. It all gets down to, Risk vs Reward, is it worth it?
