“So, yes, I mean, that’s not initially the reason for it was as part of that whole restructuring that we had done in the past and you are absolutely correct and we don’t need that number of authorized shares at this point. But we’d probably do it in – the next time we do any kind of a change in our structure and we’d probably just do it at that time instead of doing it specifically for this at this point. Especially, depending on what we are looking at doing in the next quarter or so, if this requires any kind of change to our articles will kind of do it at the same time.”
