Why does that worry you they could do that to you last month or the month before or today or yesterday, if they wanted too!!! They are authorized to sell 1B shares and can add 800 to 850 M new shares any time they want.

Cant you see it makes no sense to do a RS just for a dilution scheme, in this case. If it's TRUE it's for a reason other then that fear.
