Recall the extend and pretend $260,000 repayment $KOAN made on 12/11/2019 to pay off the $200,000 gross cash then-$TXHD received on 06/11/2019.

At some point even failed penny stock promoters will acknowledge the deceptions and dilution.

In the interim support will continue to erode. $KOAN (Resonate Blends portion) doesn't generate any revenues, and Textmunication (texting portion) burns cash.

Note also, the $18.4M accumulated deficit and multiple years of losses belongs to the texting company.

The new elitist "not the typical stoners" company is being saddled with the texting company's legacy of failure.

There is much more to come. Bad news is in $KOAN's pipeline.
