In an April 2019 interview on America This Week, Parscale said that the campaign's spending on its digital strategy could reach half of its overall spending, which he expected to be at least a billion dollars.

"We're running one of the largest prospecting campaigns in political history," he said. Parscale also claimed that prior to Trump's 2016 campaign, 10% to 15% of campaign spending was used on digital strategy, while Trump's campaign dedicated almost half of its budget to digital.

Parscale Creative is comprised of certain assets spun out of Giles-Parscale, Inc., a San Antonio-based firm owned by Brad Parscale and Jill Giles.

After closing the transaction today, Parscale Creative was renamed Parscale Digital, Inc. (“Parscale”).

Giles-Parscales was responsible for all the digital marketing activities of the Donald J. Trump for President campaign and online fundraising efforts.

In 2016, Mr. Parscale was officially named Digital Media Director for the Donald J. Trump for President campaign.

In 2018 Brad Parscales was officially named campaign manager for the Trump re-election campaign and is a major shareholder in CloudCommerce.

Data Propria is a company formed in 2018. It is managed by Cambridge Analytica 's former head of product, Matt Oczkowski,and employs Cambridge Analytica staffers including Cambridge Analytica's former chief data scientist, David Wilkinson. It is reportedly working on the Donald Trump 2020 presidential campaign.

In March 2017 Lara Trump was hired as senior political adviser to Giles-Parscales, In August 2017 Cloud Commerce merged with the company.

Lara Trump is currently senior political adviser for "Donald J Trump for President", the PAC responsible for funding Giles-Parscales and Cambridge Analytica for over $100 million in 2016.

To think CloudCommerce will not be a huge part of the digital strategy for the 2020 campaign is naive at best. All the know how behind the digital strategy of 2016 is now here and obviously Trump has chosen to stick with the tried and true by promoting Parscales to campaign manager.

Maybe why the CEO stated that this will be a banner year for CloudCommerce.
