I believe it could be over sooner than later but if the last year showed us anything.........nothing can happen too. Last year we sold a phase 3 ready asset for peanuts and lost a CEO. This year they haven't realized hes missing yet. Teper did get to keep the name of his new unspun-off company with no money down. Its been a year, are we really that close? This spin-off is in its 3rd year lol, what's 1 more.
