I doubt that FDA submission implies some kind of milestone. Someone in Stocktwits wrote that in a personal conversation Dror told him that Chiesi was offering money not for free. They certainly need financing till getting milestone after FDA clearance. In what form it will be made is difficult to say. No one except insiders knows the pattern of these milestones. I strongly believe that Protalix having in the asset such medicine as PRX-102 will solve the financing problem
